Please be aware that our return policy is not intended for trial purposes, as we provide sample downloads and previews of all our products for your assessment before making a purchase decision.
It is your responsibility to ensure the receipt of emails containing download links and passwords, including checking your junk/spam folders. If you do not receive these emails, we are more than happy to resend them upon request to an alternative email address.
We strongly advise you to thoroughly read the product pages to understand their contents. If you have any inquiries, our customer support team is available to assist you.
Kindly note that the return policy does not cover issues related to end-user mistakes or misunderstandings regarding product usage. However, rest assured that all Fintech RFPs products include customer support to assist you whenever needed.
Furthermore, our products may only be used and evaluated by the original purchaser. We do not accept returns for any reason if materials have been used in business activities or distributed to other parties.
Orders for three or more products, whether within the same order or during the same 30-day period, cannot be returned for any reason. Custom service orders are non-refundable as well.
Please be aware that our FastTrack service is non-returnable, and any product purchase in conjunction with consulting services (free or purchased) is also non-returnable.
If you believe that a different Fintech RFPs product would better meet your requirements, you have the option to switch to an alternate product. In cases where the new product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded. If the new product is priced higher, you will be charged the price difference, with full credit given for qualifying upgrades. However, once you opt to switch to a different product, no returns will be accepted for any reason.
Requests for returns must be made via email during regular business hours. Please note that we reserve the right to decline return requests that are determined to be an abuse of our return policy, and we will dispute chargeback attempts that violate this policy.
Additionally, please be aware that our return policy becomes void in cases involving illegal or fraudulent activities. All Fintech RFPs materials are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, and we reserve the right to notify relevant parties in instances of fraud.
This return policy, as posted on our website, is the sole valid return policy that will be acknowledged. We urge you to review it carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
